Why Some People Have A Gluten-Free Diet
Gluten-free chocolates are delicious just like the regular ones, but they are made with special ingredients like cocoa butter and they don’t have gluten. We also have to be careful when we eat chocolate covered coffee beans and peanut butter bites and other specialty candies, because they might have gluten in them too.
And some people have a disease called celiac disease, and it’s really important for them to eat gluten-free products, and that’s why gluten-free chocolate is really important for them.
It’s also important for people who are allergic to milk, or tree nuts, or peanuts, because gluten-free chocolate is usually dairy-free and peanut-free too. We also have gluten-free dark chocolate and gluten-free milk chocolate, and both are delicious and considered gluten-free.
